Written by on 4th November 2019

WARE will be looking to cement their position at the top of Group 3 in the Isthmian League Velocity Trophy when they visit Soham Town Rangers on Tuesday evening. The Blues are likely to be without Tobi Adenkule who limped out of Saturday’s victory over Northwood with a hamstring injury. Paul Halsey’s side currently top the group on goal difference from Harlow Town.

WELWYN GARDEN CITY host Southern League Premier side Needham Market in the League Cup. The Citizens have already accounted for Royston Town and Hitchin Town under the lights at the Isabel Hospice Stadium but they will need to improve on Saturday’s poor showing against Coleshill if they wish to progress further.

HODDESDON TOWN take on an Enfield side who have conceded 14 goals in their last three games in the Gordon Brasted Memorial Trophy at Lowfield. The Lillywhites are unbeaten in three after a 1-1 draw at Cockfosters on Saturday. With no action at the weekend SAWBRIDGEWORTH TOWN will be well rested for the visit of Essex Senior League leaders Hashtag United. The visitors will be looking to bounce back from their first league defeat of the season on Saturday.

HERTFORD TOWN entertain Histon at the Acre Cars Stadium in the Velocity Trophy on Wednesday with both teams needing a win to have any chance of progression.
