On Sunday 30th June, East Herts Radio were delighted to be invited to host the festival celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Fairfields Primary School and Nursery.  It proved to be a fun packed day, with lots of delicious stalls, crafts and shows to watch.  The Mayor Sherrie McDaid and Former Mayor Paul Seeby was also present to support the event.

There was entertainment from the School Choir, Wow Dance, The Valle Academy, Herts Grappling Ju-Jitsu and the talented Fairfields Collective Band.  Definately something for everyone.

The local Police were there and the Fire Brigade, who were offering advice and free smoke alarms to be fitted in any residence in Cheshunt or surrounding areas.

A huge congratulations to the PTA and everyone that took part to make the day such a success.  A Big thank you to Kiki's Bakes for providing the beautiful birthday cake, which was very much enjoyed.
