Eastenders fans would have been in for a treat at this year's Sawbridgeworth Christmas Lights switch-on event.  

Danny Walters recently made a welcome return to our TV screens as he reprised his role on EastEnders as heartthrob Keanu Taylor.

The soap star, 29, left the BBC One soap in 2020 following Keanu's affair with Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) but made a shock return to Albert Square during the festive period in 2021.

Danny Walters was seen visiting stalls and enjoying the festivities including live performances by several community groups. at this years Christmas Light Switch on organsised every year by Sawbridgeworth Town Council.  We are delight to have hosted this years event which seems to a huge success according to local attendees. 

Danny was spotted with reality tv star and girlfriend Maddi Faircloth taking a Family picture with Sunny The Sawbridgeworth Dinosaur, a member of the community group Sustainable Sawbridgeworth.
